Website access and hosting
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The provider states that its customer-data servers are located in Dresden, Germany. When you open a page, the server processes the technical connection data needed to answer your request, particularly your IP address and the requested file. Technical records support operation, fault diagnosis and protection against misuse. The connection to this website is encrypted using HTTPS.

Enquiries, contact form and email
We process your name, email address and message to answer your enquiry. Telephone number, service and location are optional. The form cannot be sent without the required fields. The information is used for communication and, when you request it, to prepare or carry out agreed work. Please do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
The form sends the information through ALL-INKL.COM's email service, using info@eu-bau-gmbh.com as the sender, to eubaugmbh2022@gmail.com. The application does not keep a permanent copy of the enquiry content in its database. Correspondence is also processed in the receiving Gmail mailbox; Google's privacy information also applies to its processing: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Email can involve processing outside the country in which you are located.

Necessary sessions and security
The eu_bau_session session cookie supports form protection and the operator's internal login. It is not used for advertising. Protection against repeated requests and login attempts uses timestamps and protected identifiers derived from the IP address. Application error records do not contain the text of contact messages.
When you switch language, sessionStorage in the current browser tab temporarily stores the gallery position, page position and any form entries to restore them on the destination page. This context is deleted when read and is only used within ten minutes. If you explicitly close the WhatsApp hint, another sessionStorage marker prevents further automatic hints in the same tab. You can restrict these functions through your browser settings, which may affect how they work.

Photographs and internal administration
Published photograph versions are processed without unnecessary EXIF and GPS metadata. Original files are protected against public access. Internal administration requires a login; the password is stored as a hash. If a published photograph affects you personally, please send us a link or description so that we can review your request.

WhatsApp and other direct contacts
WhatsApp opens only when you select its link. This website does not load WhatsApp in the background. After opening it, the external service's terms and privacy information apply: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy. You can also contact us by telephone or email. Fonts and images are loaded from this website; the application contains no advertising trackers or external analytics services.

Access and retention
EU Bau and the technical providers involved in hosting and email use the data for the purposes described. Access by EU Bau from North Macedonia also involves processing in that country. Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, carry out an agreed project or meet applicable retention obligations and legal claims. It should then be deleted when no other reason for retention applies. Temporary operational and security data serve their respective technical purpose only; you can ask us for more information about specific technical records.

Your rights
You can request information and access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. Where applicable law provides for it, you can object, request data portability or withdraw consent for future processing. Withdrawal does not change earlier processing.
